Returns Policy
We’re happy to help you with returns! You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is due to our error—like receiving an incorrect or defective item—we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please note that return shipment labels are only provided in cases of our mistakes. In such instances, we can send you a pre-paid return shipment label (available for the lower 48 U.S. states only). For returns from other regions, we may reimburse standard postal shipment costs, but this won’t cover extra services, duties, or VAT.
Keep in mind this policy is only for orders shipped within the lower 48 U.S. states. If you return an item for any reason other than a mistake on our part, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Unfortunately, custom painted or special order items cannot be returned at all; if they arrive damaged or defective, we can offer replacements instead. We ask that you inspect all emblems thoroughly before installation—whether you’re doing it yourself or having it done professionally—to ensure everything is correct in design and color. Once installed, emblems are considered used and can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

You can expect your refund within 3-4 weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. However, many customers receive refunds even faster! This timeframe includes the time it takes for us to get your return (5 to 10 business days) and the time we need to process it (7-10 business days). Just a heads up: our return address is not the same as our physical location; it’s a return box that we check 2-3 times a month. Thank you for your patience while we process your return!
