Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: When the shipment label is created, our system updates the order status to "Shipped." This often happens within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. However, processing times can vary based on the specific item, color, and current stock availability. Therefore, any expedited shipping options available during checkout (like Priority) refer to the estimated transit time once your order has been dispatched—not the time it will take to arrive at your door. If you need your emblems urgently, please contact us via live chat or Instagram DM before placing your order. We can help confirm stock and provide an accurate processing time for the emblems and colors you need. We’re happy to provide estimated delivery times based on your chosen shipping method, whether standard, expedited, or our UPS next day air service for an additional fee if you require it.


We can ship to nearly any address worldwide. If you’re located outside the contiguous U.S., you’ll see both standard and expedited shipping options (postal airmail or UPS expedited) at checkout. Generally, international orders will arrive within 10-18 business days (including processing and transit) unless you opt for the expedited UPS options for an extra charge. Please remember that shipping rates do not cover pre-paid duties or VAT, and it’s the customer's responsibility to handle any duty/VAT/customs clearance. We also cannot manage any customs delays or additional costs in the destination country. Once your package has shipped, you’ll need to communicate directly with the shipping provider within your country regarding any issues.

For domestic orders, you can expect delivery in approximately 5-7 business days, keeping in mind there is a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipment via USPS. If you’re ordering custom items (like those available in various color combinations), shipping may take longer, depending on your specific choices. The estimated delivery times start from the shipping date, not the order date. We ship from multiple locations across the United States, and the shipping location depends on the items chosen, current stock, color selections, and other logistical factors that may change from order to order. Also, note that our shipping rates are weight-based, and you can find the weight of each item on its detail page. In line with shipping company policies, we round up all weights to the nearest full pound.

For buyers using community mailboxes (like those in apartment complexes or neighborhoods), please be aware that you assume responsibility for any delivery issues with your provided address. If a package goes missing, it’s up to you to contact USPS for the GPS location of the drop-off and to file a missing package claim so they can investigate and possibly recover the package for redelivery. We also encourage customers with community mailbox addresses to take proactive steps to retrieve any misdelivered packages.

Alpha Emblems reserves the right to implement signature confirmation on any package for any reason. Please note that all international expedited packages will require a signature upon delivery. If we need to send replacement products due to an error on our end or a defect, these will be shipped using standard USPS service, regardless of the shipping method chosen initially. Should you prefer a replacement to be sent via expedited service, the difference in cost between standard and expedited shipping will need to be covered.
